REPRINT - LATEST NEWS (Feb '08): I'm afraid it's not looking good for a re-print at the moment. The cost of materials and labour has soared and short runs are notoriously expensive in any case. I am trying to source a more economical method of re-printing at the moment but no-one is interested in printing and binding less than 100 copies. So, at the moment it's not looking too promising but I will keep those of you that have ordered copies in mind and will endeavour to have both books re-printed. Please be patient; thank you. You can easily & safely buy your books on-line using PayPal. Before you start the simple 3 stage process make sure you have a pen and paper handy.
