SITE PERFORMANCE:

As you know I changed my hosting package in March 2008. Within 2 weeks the company's servers suffered a DDOS attack which resulted in several hours of downtime. I apologise for the loss of service but these attacks are unfounded and cannot be predicted. Other than this and a few issues about stats gathering I'm very happy with my new host.

My new host provides an extremely fast service and I've certainly noticed a marked improvement loading site pages. It's early days yet, but hopefully this British company will continue to deliver the goods.

SITE ETHIC:

This website is free from advertising, pop-ups, click-throughs and all the paraphernalia of commercial sites. It is provided for the Olympus community totally free of charge to enjoy without annoying distractions.
